Shipping & Returns

Please note that all orders placed on www.gibui-jewellery.com will ship directly from Germany.

Orders are shipped fully insured and securely with UPS, DHL or GLS

At the moment only orders from the EU can be processed through our website.

For orders from non-EU countries, please send us a request by email. You will then be informed immediately by us about the respective delivery time and costs. Please send your email to: info@gibui-jewellery.com

Standard delivery times:

Germany : 1-3 business days

Europe: 1-3 business days

Pick Up - Wiesbaden:

We offer pick up of orders in our Showroom, weekdays between 10-17:00.

Once an order is ready for pick up you will receive notification via email or sms.

Returns and Exchanges:

Standard orders placed via the website can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from delivery date. We will cover the shipping costs related to the return or exchange. If you wish to return or exchange your order please send your inquiry to info@gibui-jewellery.com, and we will take care of your request as soon as possible.

Please note that custom sizes and special orders including bespoke pieces cannot be returned for a refund.

Right of Cancellation:

When you make a purchase directly via the Website, you have a 14-day right of cancellation calculated from the date you receive the product. If you want to exercise the right of cancellation you must notify us thereof before expiry of the time limit for exercising the right of cancellation. This right does not apply to custom sizes and special orders including bespoke pieces.

The period during which you may exercise your right of cancellation starts on the day you receive the product. The time limit has been observed if you send your notification on exercise of your right of cancellation before expiry of the time limit. You may exercise your right of cancellation without stating any specific reason and by communicating your decision to us by ordinary letter or by email.
